10/2012: Oasis MHP just had an inspection completed. Our office noticed that TAP02 was only sampled for VOCs, SOCs, etc. After reviewing the SDWIS flow, it shows that TP01 went to TP02 and TP03 went to TP02. I believe based on my diagram I did during the previous inspection that it looked like TP01 and TP03 combined into TP02 and the flow was changed to reflect this. This is not correct. Each well discharges directly into the distribution system and are not combined into one point called TP02. Each TP should be sampled for VOCs, SOCs, IOCs, Nitrates, etc. and not just TP02. I changed the flow in SDWIS to reflect that each TP goes to the distribution system directly. TP01 and TP03 should also be listed as TPs to be routinely tested.
